3.3 We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion.
4.1 A hosting plan provided by us is required to keep your website live.
4.2 The hosting fee is AUD $79 per month, which includes hosting, support, and updates.
4.3 Failure to pay the hosting fee may result in the suspension or removal of your website.
5.1 Upon completion and payment of the hosting fee, the website and its content belong to you.
5.2 If you wish to move your website to another hosting provider, we will provide the necessary files upon request after 12 months of subscription has been completed.
6.1 We will create website content based on the information provided during the business deep dive call.
6.2 Stock images may be used if required.
6.3 You are responsible for reviewing and approving the content before the website goes live.
7.1 You may request revisions to the website during the design and preview phases.
7.2 Revisions must be reasonable and within the scope of the original agreement.
8.1 We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services or the website.
8.2 We do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased website traffic or leads.
9.1 You may cancel your hosting plan at any time.
9.2 No refunds are provided for hosting fees already paid.
10.1 We collect and store personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
10.2 Your information will only be used to provide our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
